This Privacy Policy applies to any and all personal information gathered by FWS from any prospective and actual customers of the company through the medium of the FWS website (termed as ‘the Website’ below) or other marketing channels (such as; Email, Telephone, Direct Mail, Social Media, SMS, Newsletters/Blogs, Competitions or Web Chat).


FWS will not pass your personal information to anyone outside our group, except to carefully selected third parties (e.g. professional advisers, finance providers, estate agents, recommended suppliers etc), for example where we need to send the information to persons or organisations who work on our behalf to provide a product or service to you but such persons or organisations may only use this information in order to provide such product or service and not for any other purpose.

Additionally, FWS aim to keep your personal information secure by taking appropriate technical and organisational measures against its unauthorised or unlawful processing and against its accidental loss, destruction or damage.


FWS will keep your personal information until such time you contact us to request that it be removed or it is no longer required for archive purposes.

The information that we collect from you may be transferred to and stored at a destination outside the European Economic Area ('EEA'). For example if a Server(s) or a secure Third Party partner operates their Server(s) outside of the EEA.

Rights of Access to your own personal information


FWS will aim to keep your personal information up to date, but rely on you telling us promptly if your name, address, telephone number or any other details change.


Under the Data Protection Act you have the right to request details of any personal data VSE may securely store about you (for which VSE may make a reasonable charge, normally £10.00 to cover administration cost).


Requests should be in writing, enclosing proof of identification (e.g. a copy of your passport or driving licence) or other documentation confirming your name and address (e.g. utility bill) and be addressed to:
