One thing I was determined to achieve from our own team, was the right dynamic.

We assign each client relationship with a lead contact (i.e. one of the Partners, or myself) but we meet at least weekly and discuss each account we are operating, which is a marvellous forum for some great ideas to be born, that in turn can be communicated to each client account we operate.

 

In this way, each and every client, large or small gets an unparalleled level of expertise pointing directly at their target requirements. It's what sets us apart.

One final but important detail as to who we are. Unless the client requests a long term contractual agreement (which can naturally facilitate a reduction in fees in line with the longevity), Franklin Wall operates on a monthly rolling basis with our clients.
